The Marana Police Department confirmed Stephen Davison, 66, was arrested at his home following a child sexual abuse material investigation that began in February 2026. The home was located on West Buckeye Path, which is off of North Dove Mountain Boulevard.
Davison appeared in court early Friday, May 8, and the judge set his bond at $100,000 for the Pima County case and $75,000 for a warrant out of San Mateo County, California, for similar offenses.
According to the interim complaint, officers found three child sex dolls in Davison’s home. He allegedly admitted that they were his and that he used the dolls “not only for sexual stimulation/gratification but also for role play.”
Two of the dolls were naked, while one was dressed in children’s clothing.
Officers allegedly found child porn photos and videos on his computer. One of the videos showed a young girl having sex with what appeared to be a man.
He is facing 13 total charges — three Class IV felonies and 10 Class II felonies — in Pima County.

The state called Davison a danger to the community and said he is a flight risk because he frequently travels for work.
The judge said if Davison bonds out, he cannot have any unsupervised contact with minors.
