TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A Tucson man is facing a murder charge after allegedly killing his older brother during a fight early Monday, June 8.

The Tucson Police Department said 37-year-old Martin Joe Rosales was found dead near South Stone Avenue and West 17th Street around 5:30 a.m.
The 37-year-old Rosales had signs of trauma, so the TPD Homicide Unit responded.
The unit learned that Rosales got into a fight with his brother, 35-year-old Gabriel Joseph Rosales.
Rosales was found later in the day at a motel in South Tucson.
He was arrested on a second-degree murder charge and is being held on a $1 million bond.
During his initial court appearance Tuesday morning, the state said Gabriel Joseph Rosales used a knife to attack his brother.

The state said there is video of the fight, and claimed that Gabriel Joseph Rosales was the aggressor. The state said he was seen standing over his brother’s bloodied body.
