The ADG said that orders have been issued for alleged promotion of gambling, illegal control of an enterprise and money laundering.
The ADG said BetOpenly received a cease-and-desist letter for several violations, such as peer-to-peer sports betting and casino games that benefit the operator via a commission structure, enabling event wagering and daily fantasy sports contests without the requisite state licenses, and facilitating availability to underage Arizona residents.
The ADG said that Bookmaker received its letter for allegedly facilitating wagering on horse racing, casino games and sports betting without the proper licensing.
Club WPT Online Poker received a cease-and-desist letter for allegedly enabling underage players in pay-to-play poker tournaments by using the deceptive language of “no purchase necessary,” according to ADG.
The ADG said Kutt Inc. was warned that legal “social” gambling in Arizona prohibits third-party benefit and that Kutt Inc. continued to allow users in Arizona to deposit money into accounts and wager on sports, politics, pop culture and play casino-style games.

Raffle Creator received a cease-and-desist letter for not meeting the requirements to conduct lawful raffles and for allowing underage players to purchase tickets for the chance to win prizes, according to the ADG.
“Arizona is taking decisive action against illegal gambling operators that put Arizonans at risk,” said Jackie Johnson, Department Director. “Through these cease-and-desist orders, we are putting operators on notice: their conduct runs contrary to Arizona law and they must stop promoting illegal gambling.”
The ADG said the named companies are directed to stop all gambling operations.
Arizona residents are encouraged to use approved operators and can verify gambling platforms using Check Your Bet.
