CHANDLER, AZ (AZFamily) — A motorcyclist is dead after a crash sent them over the wall of a major transition ramp early Sunday morning.

Just before 4 a.m., state troopers responded to the crash on the flyover ramp from southbound Loop 101 Price to eastbound Loop 202 Santan.
Troopers arrived and found that a motorcyclist had been driving on the ramp when they hit the right shoulder wall, sending them over the edge into the landscaping below.

The motorcyclist died on the scene and has not yet been publicly identified.
