SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — A man who was killed in a crash in Scottsdale early Sunday morning has been identified.

Mario Gonzalez, 21, died after the car he was a passenger in crashed into a utility pole near Civic Center Plaza and Osborn Road, Scottsdale police said.
The driver, 21-year-old Ahmed Adel Al-Hassainy, was allegedly speeding and under the influence when the crash happened, according to police.
Al-Hassainy was treated at a hospital before being booked into jail. He faces a manslaughter charge.
