39-year-old Cesar Ruiz-Valencia is facing charges of one count of sexual abuse of a minor, a dangerous crime against children with a victim under 15, one count of sexual conduct with a minor under 15 and four counts of sexual conduct with a minor at least 15 in a position of trust.

Ruiz-Valencia made his first court appearance on Oct. 22 and is being held on a $500,000 bond. His next court date will be on Nov. 2.
