Man gets two months in prison, probation for attack at Tucson gas station

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A man got two months in jail and probation for four years for attacking another man at a Tucson convenience store early this year.

Felix Hill was in court on Tuesday, May 26, for sentencing on an aggravated assault charge.

In addition to jail time and probation, Hill was ordered to pay $340 in restitution to the victim and undergo treatment for mental health and substance abuse. The state had asked for 2 1/2 years in prison.

The Tucson Police Department said Hill attacked the victim at a gas station near 29th and Craycroft on March 4. The victim’s injuries were not life-threatening.
