TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Still warm and sunny, is the forecast call today. Revisiting the mid 80’s and expected tomorrow as well. Showers develop Friday with good coverage for a modest rain. Rainfall totals have plummeted from their lofty readings yesterday. Rainfall collection for Friday has fallen to around a tenth of an inch for Tucson on Friday. Although some rain and showers may drift into the overnight to Saturday.

Still on target for a break on Saturday, but there is a reintroduced risk of showers starting Saturday night. The heaviest stuff looks past Midnight, however. So for the young ghosts and goblins…rock and roll !
Sunday, showers back again, with a heavier hit. Might have a few claps of thunder thrown in. Here too a drop in rainfall totals running around three quarters inch for storm total. On the plus side, this may help steer us clear from widespread flooding and being treated to a good ‘stratus rain,’ showers for nearly all. Unlike the spotty storms of the Monsoon…heavy downpours coupled with other spots only a trace amount. Chilly on the other side early next week, lows might scratch the upper 40’s with highs around 70.
