Michael Aber was arrested on May 14 after police were called to a Target several days earlier when a victim reported finding a cellphone held under a stall door. The victim believed the phone was being used to record.

Police said Aber returned to the Target the next day to try to record another victim.

Police said both victims at the Target were children.

After his arrest in the Target case, police searched his phone and found multiple videos showing victims being secretly recorded inside an Old Navy dressing room on May 9, police said.

Aber, 25, is charged with four counts of voyeurism. He is booked in the Myrtle Beach Jail.

Earlier this month, Aber was arrested for indecent exposure after police said he exposed his genitals to a child while sitting outside a lazy river.

He was released on a $50,000 bond on May 5, before his alleged incidents at the Target and Old Navy stores.
