LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Las Vegas police have released arrest video of the man accused of wearing a mask to terrorize people in Philadelphia.

Zymire Hughes, 22, wasarrested in Las Vegas on Wednesday, August 26, ending an almost two-week manhunt that began after an incident in Philadelphia earlier in the month.
In the video obtained by FOX5 on Friday, US Marshals are seen taking Hughes into custody at an apartment complex along Boulder Highway.

Other body camera videos show police handcuffing and questioning a woman about Hughes’ whereabouts.
“I’m saying that boy’s scared. There’s no weapons or whatever,” the unidentified woman is heard saying. “That boy trusts me somewhat. You know what I’m saying.”

While their relationship is unclear, she eventually told authorities Hughes was inside her apartment, leading police to his arrest.
Hughes is accused of terrorizing bystanders and disrupting the peace in Philadelphia’s downtown area while wearing a “Chucky” mask.
He appeared before a Las Vegas judge on August 27, who ruled that the state of Pennsylvania has 30 days to extradite him.
As of Friday, Hughes remains in custody at the Clark County Detention Center, police in Philadelphia confirm with FOX5.
