10 dogs out of around 500 tested positive for the highly contagious disease. Distemper can be deadly to puppies and adult dogs.
PACC said three of the dogs were humanely euthanized.
PACC reopened its largest housing section for adoptions and foster placement last week after every dog had tested negative for the disease.
The Eastside PACC Adoption Center was cleared for reopening on June 30, and regular intake began on July 6.
