TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Authorities are looking for a vulnerable Tucson woman who went missing on Monday, June 1.

The Tucson Police Department said 87-year-old Alice Aros left her home near 22nd and Country Club in the afternoon. The 5-foot-4, 120-pound Aros has brown eyes and red/brown hair.
She left in her 2014 red Chevrolet Sonic. The vehicle has a dark blue or black passenger-side front door.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
There are five other active missing person cases in the Tucson area.
- 35-year-old Hoi “Patricia” Kei Woo was last seen in Tucson on April 18, 2025, and was reported missing the next day. Her vehicle was found at Windy Point on April 20.
- 79-year-old Teodoro Sanchez was last seen near 36th and Country Club in Tucson on Aug. 4, 2025. A Silver Alert was issued for him on Aug. 20.
- 72-year-old Sitharamanjaneyulu Potiny was last seen near Valencia and South Camino Verde (6000 West Jadewood Lane) and was reported missing on Aug. 29, 2025. His son, 42-year-old Vamsi Potiny, was charged with vulnerable adult abuse and endangerment. According to the interim complaint, Vamsi told a family member that he had driven his father up to Mount Lemmon and left him there.
- 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie was last seen at her home near Skyline and Campbell on Saturday, Jan. 31. The PCSD has said she was taken against her will. She is the mother of NBC Today Show anchor Savannah Guthrie.
- 76-year-old Loreto Ruiz was last seen near 12th and Bilby on Sunday, May 31. The TPD said Ruiz takes medication for several medical issues.
