TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Arizona Department of Public Safety has identified the people in a wrong-way crash on SR 86 on Sunday, Sept. 13.

The DPS says wrong-way driver of the gray Ford SUV has been identified as 32-year-old Jordan Alexander Lee McMillan of Tucson.
The two occupants of the black Chevrolet passenger vehicle died at the scene.
The driver was identified as 47-year-old Alfred Manuel of Sells, Arizona, and the passenger was identified as 34-year-old Kayla Manuel of Sells, Arizona.
The AZDPS said they are investigating the possibility of the wrong-way driver being impaired at the time of the crash.
