TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A Tucson woman is facing charges of aggravated assault, armed robbery and other violent charges for two different incidents.

According to the interim complaint, 20-year-old Guadalupe A. Hermosillo-Santana, also referred to as Lupe, was first arrested on Aug. 13, 2026, for charges of aggravated assault causing temporary disfigurement, aggravated robbery, armed robbery and aggravated assault.
The court documents state that Hermosillo-Santana robbed a victim at gunpoint using two handguns and stole their backpack and detergent.
Hermosillo-Santana was said to have thrown the victim to the ground and hit them multiple times with the guns.
Hermosillo-Santana then fled the scene and was later taken into custody by police.
In another incident from July 28, 2026, Hermosillo-Santana was arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and discharging a firearm in city limits.
The interim complaint says that the victim was intoxicated and walking through the tunnels of Ajo Way and east of Mission Road when she was shot in the leg at close range by Hermosillo-Santana.

On Aug. 18, Hermosillo-Santana was taken into custody by police and denied any involvement in the incident.
Hermosillo-Santana appeared in court on Aug. 18. A $100,000 bond was set for each case.
Hermosillo-Santana will appear in court for the first case on Aug. 24 at 1:30 p.m. and on Aug. 28 at 1:30 p.m. for the second case.
