TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A person and their two dogs died following a house fire near North First Avenue and East Prince Road in Tucson on Wednesday, Aug. 26.

The Tucson Fire Department said crews were called to the home in the 3400 block of North Los Altos Avenue around 1:30 p.m.
The TFD said one person was pulled from the home and taken to a local hospital, but the person later died from their injuries. Two dogs were found in the home, and they did not survive.
According to several Facebook comments, the victim was 76-year-old Bill Lesie. Authorities are looking for any relatives, but believe he does not have next of kin.

The TFD said the fire was under control in less than 10 minutes, and the cause is under investigation.
