Antony Cruz, a former surveillance officer for Tempe Union High School District who worked at Corona del Sol High School, is accused of downloading footage of teen girls changing clothes at the school.
Authorities have now identified 38 people who are considered to be victims in this case.
Police initially submitted seven voyeurism charges against Cruz, but they have now submitted 98 voyeurism charges and two bestiality charges to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office for consideration.
Tempe police said the bestiality charges are not related to the school and were discovered through other evidence.

Court documents show that the room was being used temporarily as a changing room for students because the girls’ locker room was closed for renovations. Police noted in court paperwork that staff and students requested the cameras be turned off for privacy, but they were left on and recording the room.
The videos Cruz is accused of downloading ranged from four minutes to two hours, investigators said.
This case is still under investigation.
