However, any storms that do develop will be capable of producing hourly rainfall rates of 1″-2″ leading to localized flash flooding.

Flood Watch has been issued for southern Arizona from 11 pm Tuesday to 11 pm Wednesday.
Daily high temperatures will fluctuate between near normal and a few degrees below normal.
