Rainfall estimations run around three quarter of an inch. With a threat of flooding, watch the washes this evening and tomorrow. We are in a First Alert Weather Day today and tomorrow.

A lull of rain actions shortly after Midnight, with more showers and thunderstorms tomorrow as the dynamics of this system pick-up. This deep tropical moisture exits stage and we clear out quickly by Wednesday. Cool in the immediate wake of our rain, lows visit the lower 60’s and highs in the lower 80’s ! Warming up for the end of the week.
