HEBER-OVERGAARD, AZ (AZFamily) — Officials have identified the four people killed in a head-on crash in eastern Arizona on Labor Day, as well as a man who they suspect caused the crash.

Authorities said two vehicles crashed head-on along State Route 260 at mile marker 300, just west of Heber-Overgaard, around 12:30 p.m. on Monday.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) said four people traveling in a black vehicle died in the crash. They were identified as 26-year-old Giovanni Uballe Huerta from Laveen, 26-year-old Kiah Jae Begaye from Mesa, a 4-year-old boy from Mesa and a 2-year-old boy from Mesa.
DPS said a 21-year-old woman and a 14-year-old boy, who were in a pickup truck and both from New Mexico, were hospitalized in the Valley after the crash.
The driver of the pickup truck was identified as Jesse David Lovato, 21, from Los Lunas, New Mexico. DPS said he was booked into the Navajo County Detention Center in Holbrook on four counts on manslaughter and two counts of aggravated assault.
A verified GoFundMe has been set up to help with funeral costs for Huerta, Begaye and their two children.

The crash remains under investigation, and a specific cause has not been identified.
SR 260 was closed in both directions for several hours. Both directions of the highway reopened later Monday evening.
