TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A Tucson man has been accused of sexually abusing, assaulting, and kidnapping his date.

Luis Gael Hernandez-Morales, 20, allegedly attacked a girl he met on Instagram. As of Tuesday, Sept. 8, Hernandez-Morales was being held on a $50,000 bond.
According to the interim complaint, Hernandez-Morales met the victim Sept. 1, and the two communicated for a few days before planning a dinner date.
During the date on Sept. 3, Hernandez-Morales allegedly choked the victim and grabbed and kissed her breasts without her permission.
The victim told police she told Hernandez-Morales to stop and that they needed to take things slow.

Investigators said Hernandez-Morales initially lied about the contact, but eventually admitted to some of the allegations before asking for a lawyer.
The victim said she was afraid of Hernandez-Morales and wanted an injunction against harassment.
