EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE/Gray News) – A 53-year-old woman was arrested in Indiana after recording a blood alcohol concentration of nearly four times the legal limit, the Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office said.

The sheriff’s office received a call around 4 p.m. about a possible drunk driver who was crossing yellow lines and running people off the road.
The person who called followed the driver into the parking lot of a restaurant and waited for police to arrive.
The sheriff’s office said Heather Pratt-Posner was arrested outside of the restaurant, but she refused to give a breath sample at the scene.

She later blew a 0.301 at the Vanderburgh County Jail nearly three and a half hours later.
Authorities found two empty vodka bottles, three-fourths of a bottle of vodka and a bottle of wine in Pratt-Posner’s car.
She was charged with driving a vehicle while intoxicated and is being held without bond.
