Skip Hop recalled its “Sesame Street” Elmo silicone teether, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

More than 25,000 were sold in the U.S. and Canada.
Elmo’s eyes can detach from the teether, causing a choking risk if swallowed.
No injuries have been reported.
