TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A Pima County man has been arrested for several sex crimes involving a minor.

32-year-old Derek Aaron Fenicle-Funckes is facing three counts of indecent exposure to a minor and one count of second-degree sexual contact with a minor.
Fenicle-Funckes appeared in Pima County court on Friday, Aug. 14, and his bond was set at $20,000.
On Monday, Aug. 17, Fenicle-Funckes was arraigned. His next court appearances are Sept. 17 at 9:00 a.m. and Oct. 16.
