TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – We continue to dry out today as temperatures climb back into the triple digits. Residual mid-level moisture will leave a slight chance for afternoon showers and thunderstorms to develop south and east of Tucson. Temperatures continue to rise, with an Extreme Heat Watch in effect from Monday morning through Wednesday evening for parts of Pima County due to dangerous heat. Because of these extreme temperatures, Monday through Wednesday have been declared First Alert Weather Days.
