The Ariva Luxury Residences, near Starr Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard, will be featured in the upcoming season of Netflix’s hit series The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On.
The show follows couples as they face a major decision: take their relationship to marriage or move on and explore a connection with someone new.

Complex officials say the property will serve as home base for the cast.
Ariva is also known as the official luxury apartment community of the Las Vegas Raiders and the Las Vegas Aces.
