TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A suspect in a murder case in Texas was arrested in Douglas on June 26.

Officers said Diego Rodriguez was arrested by the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office at approximately 3:00 p.m. today.
Officers said the arrest was a collaborative effort between the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office and local agencies, such as the CCSO.
