The Tombstone Marshal’s Office said 58-year-old Donald William Rudy was arrested following an investigation.
The TMO said the fire happened outside the Trump Store, which is located at 1474 North SR 80, on May 4.
Rudy, of Benson, was allegedly caught on video starting the fire.
“During the course of the investigation, investigators obtained and reviewed multiple surveillance videos showing the suspect arriving at the scene in a white Ford Raptor pickup truck,” the Tombstone Marshal’s Office said in a release. “The videos captured the suspect exiting the vehicle, removing materials from the truck bed, and igniting a fire in an area near brush and vegetation.”
