Authorities note in a District Court of the Eastern District of Tennessee case that 37-year-old Brian Michael Ebbinghaus has been charged with distributing child porn.

Investigators said the case dates back to March, when an undercover FBI agent from the Nashville division infiltrated a child pornography trading room through the messaging app Signal.

The name of the group was called “White American teen boys 14-17,” investigators said. The group also had a tag line of “only white teens (tictok boys) new vids Baited boys. Forced.”

The messaging group was reportedly active and being managed by two administrators, “Fistedboy” and “F Wolfe.” Investigators said that Ebbingshaus was found to be “Fistedboy,” with the group that included 497 members.

Between March and May, the undercover agent shared that they established direct messages with “Fistedboy.”

During some of the initial conversations, “Fistedboy” was said to have distributed 24 videos and pictures containing child pornography and sent voice messages to the agent expressing his excitement about sexually abusing young boys.

According to court records, the victims in the videos were prepubescent and post-pubescent boys engaging in sexual acts, in some cases, including adult men sexually abusing the boys.

The undercover agent said the messages from “Fistedboy” also included that the user wanted to serve as a “sexual slave,” describing sexual fantasies, one of which included children.

According to court documents, “Fistedboy” additionally sent an explicit picture of himself to the agent, which showed identifiable elements of the user’s bedroom.

On March 31, the agent sent a link to “Fistedboy,” who clicked on it, which showed the user accessed Signal from an IP address in Chesterfield, Missouri, documents stated.

On June 2, a facial recognition program determined that the selfie of “Fistedboy” sent to the undercover agent was visually similar to Ebbinghaus.

Authorities said their investigation found that Ebbinghaus continued to distribute child pornography in the Signal group that included hundreds of images and videos to the undercover agent.

On June 11, a subpoena return from Telegram, another messaging app in which the agent was communicating with Ebbinghaus, under the username “Fistedboy,” matched a phone number belonging to the Missouri resident.

The investigation noted that an FBI intelligence report indicated that Ebbinghaus was employed by Edwardsville High School as a choreographer for school plays.

However, the Edwardsville School District said it didn’t find any evidence that Ebbinghaus was ever employed or affiliated with the high school.

The intelligence report also stated that Ebbinhaus worked with The Factory STL and The Sheldon Arts Foundation, a nonprofit art center with an educational component offering classes from kindergarten to eighth grade.
