TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Space has been a hot topic this year.
From the Artemis II mission that happened back in April to double full moons in May, space has become a point of interest for many.

This year has also been a big one for the Arizona Space Institute.
They have been working on new innovations such as a new telescope in space and a mission to look at nearby galaxies.
Erika Hamden Director of the Arizona Space Institute and an Associate Professor at the University of Arizona joined 13 News’ Devyn Shea on Tucson Now to talk about it.
