The Tucson Police Department said crews responded to the scene shortly after 6 a.m. and recovered the body of Tiffanie Miguel.

The report comes around 12 hours after a strong storm rolled through Tucson on Tuesday, causing a massive swift-water rescue in which one person was swept away near Interstate 19 and Ajo Way. Eight were rescued.
