Tucson Now: The World Margarita Championship

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Art State Arizona is hosting its 19th annual World Margarita Championship on June 6.

Partnered with Tucson Originals, several restaurants come together to compete. The competition is a way to bring the community together and promote engagement with local restaurants.

Attendees can familiarize themselves with Tucson cuisine, get to know their neighbors, and judge the Margarita competition.

Da’Lice Shepard, Director of Marketing and Programs for Art State Arizona joined 13 News’ Devyn Shea on Tucson Now to talk about it.
