TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A car became stuck in a flooded roadway near Sandario Road and Snyder Hill Road Wednesday night in southwest Tucson.

Video from the scene showed people wading through the water, opening the car’s doors and appearing to try to get people out of the vehicle. Bystanders stayed to the sides of the road, watching as the situation unfolded.
It is not confirmed how many people were inside the vehicle. They were rescued, and no injuries were reported.

The Marana Police Department says Sandario Road is shut down from Twin Peaks up to Avra Valley Road due to flooding.
