TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Tucson Police Department says a missing vulnerable woman and her child have been found safe.

Her disappearance prompted the Arizona Department of Public Safety to issue a Safe Alert.
24-year-old Kathian Albina de la Cruz Cifuentes and her 4-year-old daughter disappeared from an area near 22nd Street and Kolb Road around 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 13.
The TPD says Kathian was considered a vulnerable adult due to a “condition that could cause her to become confused or prone to victimization.”
