TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Tucson Police Department says two people are dead following a shooting near 5th Street and Harrison Road on May 22.

At approximately 9:30 p.m. 41-year-old Dustin Sean Sowards and 21-year-old Jacob Michael Leland got into a confrontation while driving that resulted in shooting.
Leland died at the scene and Sowards died at the hospital.
Police say all people involved have been accounted for.
