CHANDLER (AZFamily) — A woman and two pets are dead after a garage fire at a home in the East Valley Friday afternoon.

Around 2:51 p.m., crews with the Chandler Fire Department responded to a home on West Palomino Drive near North Dobson Road and West Warner Road after a report of a garage fire.
While fighting the fire, firefighters found the woman and two pets dead inside the home.
A neighboring home was evacuated as a precaution.
Chandler police and arson investigators are leading the investigation into the cause of the fire and the deaths.
