MCSO calling for public’s help in ‘complex’ child sex crimes investigation

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Maricopa County Sheriff’s officials are calling for the public’s help with a complex investigation into a child sex crimes case.

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office is hosting a press conference on Thursday regarding an ongoing sexual exploitation of a minor investigation that is currently being conducted by the department’s cyber crimes unit.

Officials say “due to the complexity of the case,” investigators will provide details about the alleged crimes and ask for the public’s help in identifying any possible victims.

The press conference will he held at 9 a.m. at MCSO’s headquarters in downtown Phoenix. Arizona’s Family will stream the press conference live on our website and app.
