TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Tucson Police Department says a serious crash has shut down part of Fort Lowell Road.

The road is shut down between Edith Boulevard and Palo Verde Road, which is just west of Alvernon.
Police say the area will be closed for an extended period of time.
