New AI search tool designed to help Arizonans easily access state services, programs

Gov. Katie Hobbs announced the launch of FindServices.az.gov, an AI-powered search tool designed to help Arizonans find and learn about government resources. The website can help Arizonans easily navigate over 300 health, safety and well-being programs spanning across dozens of departments, agencies and commissions.

The governor’s office says the website was built using Google’s Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform. Users can search the mobile-friendly site in English or Spanish, using plain, everyday language instead of technical terms to find programs and services. Type in “find a babysitter” or “help with groceries,” and the website can help Arizonans find state services that best suit their needs.

In addition, the website can help Arizonans access information like “hours of the nearest MVD office” or step-by-step instructions on how to apply for a contractor’s license.

The homepage also has easy-to-use categories where users can file complaints, check regulations, and look up business licenses in one click. A “Report Fraud” section lets people quickly report fraud, waste, or abuse directly to authorities.
