GLENDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — A woman who suffers from dementia has been found safe after she went missing in the West Valley over the weekend.

Glendale Police said 81-year-old Rosa Maria Wehrenberg walked away from her assisted living facility near 59th Avenue and Bell Road around 2:30 p.m. on Sunday.
In an update on Monday, Glendale Police said Wehrenberg was found and is safe. Authorities did not say where she was located.
