SCOTTSDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — A beloved Old Town staple is saying goodbye after three decades of margaritas, house-made tortillas, and memories.

Old Town Tortilla Factory, located at 6910 E. Main St., announced Saturday it is permanently closing its doors.
The restaurant, known for its historic adobe building, shaded patio, extensive tequila selection, and signature house-made tortillas served with flavored butter, has been a fixture in the Valley dining scene since the mid-1990s.

The restaurant broke the news on its website and social media, thanking loyal customers who made it a go-to destination over the years.
“Old Town Tortilla Factory has decided to close after three decades of serving Scottsdale,” the post read. “It is with much gratitude that we say goodbye to our restaurant that has been a gathering place for celebrations, special occasions, family dinners, date nights, and countless memories.”

But the farewell may not be the end of the story. The restaurant hinted that something new could be on the horizon.
“It is an end of an era,” the post continued, “And stay tuned for what is next.”
