TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – First Alert Weather Days continue today and tomorrow for an Extreme Heat Warning. A high of 108 is set for Tucson tomorrow with even higher temps in areas to the west and north. Even Southern Cochise County, who usually sees much cooler temperatures than Tucson, will sit in and around the triple-digit mark. Also, an Air Quality Alert is out for the Tucson Metro Area and portions of Pima County calling today an Ozone Action Day because of increased ozone levels. This is valid until 8pm.

Storm chances ramp back up for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday as increased moisture moves back into Southern Arizona. As storms increase, temperatures drop back near normal by Monday & Tuesday. But, by midweek next week, rain chances drop and those temperatures rise right back up. Roller coaster forecast ahead!
