TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – One of three men arrested near the home of Nancy Guthrie is no longer facing charges.

The Pima County Attorney’s Office confirms the public nuisance charge against Damian Enderle was dismissed without prejudice.
Enderle was arrested along with Alexander Zabel and Troy Lewis Bradshaw on June 8.
Zabel and Bradshaw were held in the Pima County Adult Detention Complex for several hours while Enderle was cited and released at the scene.
