Apache County Emergency Management said it is helping the Navajo Nation Department of Emergency Management and local, tribal, state and federal agencies search for the missing men at Wheatfields Lake, about 26 miles east of Chinle on the Navajo Nation.
The two men, whose names have not been released, went missing Friday after their boat had overturned.
Authorities searched the lake Friday and Saturday, but the operation was suspended Sunday due to lake conditions, officials said.
The north and west sides of the lake are closed to the public, and no boats are allowed in the area.
