TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – Sunny start with more scattered afternoon thundershowers forming a ring south and west of Tucson. Some exhaust clouds might drift over the metro late in the afternoon and an isolated shower still in the cards. Another jolt tomorrow and tomorrow night for isolated thunderstorms around Tucson. Temps will hold just a few degrees above 100 through the week.

Clearing out for the weekend, and turning off the Monsoon machine, but still very warm and dry, just over 100. The afternoon/evening thundershower drill should resume next week.

Wednesday Night – A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 11pm. Mostly cloudy, then gradually becoming clear, with a low around 74. Northwest wind 6 to 11 mph becoming light and variable after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 21 mph.
Thursday – Sunny, with a high near 103. Light and variable wind becoming west 5 to 9 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph.
