TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – High temperatures will remain near to slightly above normal through the weekend. Tucson is also in a triple digit stretch in the 7-day forecast.

Breezy conditions are expected each afternoon, especially today and Saturday in the Gila River Valley through Safford.
The wind pattern will shift Sunday onwards as west coast troughing sets up. This will bring daily southwesterly breezes across southeastern Arizona while keeping the forecast mostly dry through the forecast period.

Today – Sunny, with a high near 101. Light and variable wind becoming northwest 8 to 13 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 23 mph.
Tonight – Clear, with a low around 70. West wind 8 to 13 mph becoming light and variable. Winds could gust as high as 23 mph.

Saturday – Sunny, with a high near 101. Light and variable wind becoming west northwest 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 20 mph.
Saturday Night – Mostly clear, with a low around 71. West wind 8 to 13 mph becoming light and variable.
Sunday – Mostly sunny, with a high near 100. Light and variable wind becoming southwest 9 to 14 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 24 mph.
