TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) -Officers responded to a crash on East Highway 90 on May 9.

Around 10:50 a.m. crews responded to reports of a crash involving a car and e-bicyclist near the entrance to Fry’s Food and Drug.
SVPD said the car hit the cyclist as they were crossing the freeway.
The cyclist was taken to the hospital but later died from his injuries.
Witnesses say the cyclist was speeding and was almost hit by other drivers.
SVPD said there are currently no criminal charges and the investigation is still ongoing.
