Another thought she was signing up for three personal training sessions, only to find out she had been locked into a four-month contract that cost $88 every two weeks.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEoS Fitness had me sign up for personal training sessions that I never agreed to. I went online to research and found your story, and the other cases are almost word-for-word what I\u2019m going through,\u201d one viewer wrote.<\/p>\n<p>Another viewer said previous On Your Side reporting mirrored his experience, saying he continued to be billed \u201cdespite months of cancellation attempts through their own published channels.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>On Your Side flagged the additional cases to the company. A spokesperson said they had been resolved. Some viewers report they\u2019ve already received refunds. For others, refunds are in process.<\/p>\n<p>EoS Fitness previously told On Your Side the company is \u201ccontinually focused on providing an outstanding experience for our members and guests, and improving the membership process.
