SPRINGVILLE, Ala. (WBRC\/Gray News) – A woman is facing attempted murder charges for an alleged crime involving her three children, according to Alabama court documents.<\/p>\n

St. Clair County arrest records allege Alicia Cade, of Springville, locked herself and her three minor children in a vehicle while it was running inside a garage.<\/p>\n

During her arrest, the 42-year-old woman allegedly hit the officer in the face, resulting in an assault charge.<\/p>\n

Cade was also previously charged with arson, but that charge was later dropped during an Aniah\u2019s Law hearing April 28.<\/p>\n

Cade is being held in the St. Clair County Jail. Records show she was booked May 22.<\/p>\n
