TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A man and woman were found dead following a shooting in Marana on Monday, May 25.<\/p>\n

The Marana Police Department said officers were called to a home on West Nueva Vista Drive, which is near North Silverbell Road and North Cortaro Road, for reports of a shooting around 5 p.m.<\/p>\n

The MPD said a woman was found dead at the home.<\/p>\n

A vehicle connected to the shooting was later found in the 8500 block of North Silverbell Road. 13 News\u2019 Dan Marries was there when the vehicle, a blue sports car, was surrounded by officers.<\/p>\n

The MPD said two young children were found in the vehicle, and they are safe. A man was later found dead in a desert area near the parking lot.<\/p>\n

The parking lot of the restaurant is less than a mile from where the shooting happened.<\/p>\n

The MPD said there are no outstanding suspects and the investigation is ongoing. The MPD declined to say how the children were connected to the man and woman.<\/p>\n

It has been a violent week in southern Arizona.<\/b><\/u><\/i> Since May 20, at least four people and one dog have died in separate shootings across the area.<\/p>\n
