Officers arrived and found an unresponsive woman in the roadway. She was rushed to a hospital, where she later died. <\/p>\n<p>Detectives say the woman was walking along McDowell when she was struck by a tan SUV that was going westbound. Then, she was hit by a second vehicle, a white SUV, which was also heading in the same direction.
